Samsung Galaxy S III(First Encounter)

At last! We had a chance to make a review on Samsung Galaxy S III.

Starting with the structure of the phone, yes I admit that it is more comfortable to hold the Samsung Galaxy S III than to my Sony Xperia S which has smaller screen because of the curve edges, using the phone with one hand is not that difficult even it has a very large screen.

The body of the Samsung Galaxy S III is made up of a special kind of plastic, it is nice to hold like you don't want to let it go. The phone itself is a fingerprint magnet but it can be easily removed by using a piece of cloth.

At the front of the Samsung Galaxy S III you can see the 4.8" Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 2, the accelerometer, the 1.9 MP seconday camera that can record 720p at 30 frames per second, the Home button at the lower part of the screen and the back and menu button that will lit up when you touch them.

At the back part of the Samsung Galaxy S III you can find the 8 MP camera with auto-focus, LED flash, the speaker of the phone and the Samsung logo.

At the right part of the phone the only thing you can find is the Power/Sleep button.

The volume rocker is placed on the left side of the phone, the Samsung Galaxy S III has no dedicated camera button maybe it would be nice if there is a camera button.

At the top part of the phone you can find the standard 3.5mm jack.

And at the button area you can find the micro USB port for charging and connecting your phone into your PC.

Removing the battery cover, you can see that the Samsung Galaxy S III uses micro sim card, you can also place a micro SD card(up to 64 GB) to extend the internal phone memory (the internal memory is available at 16/32/64 GB), and it packs with Li-ion 2100 mAh Battery.

The User interface of the Samsung Galaxy S III is user friendly, it has 7 home screens that can be easily accessed by swiping the screen from left to right. they also upgraded their icons.

The Samsung Galaxy S III is running on the latest android software Ice Cream Sandwich and it can be upgraded to Android Jellybean.

Over all, the Samsung galaxy S III is so powerful from the design up to its software it also shows simplicity and user friendliness.

Stay tuned for more information and updates about the Samsung Galaxy S III.
