Firefox 13 is now available for update/download, the update
will match up with the Google’s Chrome(they said), it will also have a new
homescreen page and “fancy” tab screens
and it will support the Google-backed SPDY protocol that will improve
the load times of sites that suppoirt it.
Firefox 13 now only loads the first tab you see and will not
load restored background tabs just to improve its speed.
The new home screen looks like the Google Chrome screen that
will bring you the thumbnail view of the most visited sites and you can also
drag bookmarks, unlike the old Firefox it will take time to load your home page
screen and it ha s a new dowload feature
that you can copy a URL page or a file and place it directly on the
download manager’s window and it will start downloading the file.
If you
are not yet updating your firefox you can now start updating it and if you want
to try the new firefox you can click here.
