Techrific PH: Sony Introduces Two New Smartphones Xperia go and Xperia Acro S

Sony announces two new stylish and water resistant smart phones which is Xperia Go and Xperia Acro S. Both of them will have a scratch resistant mineral glass for protection to dust and water.

Xperia™ Go

Xperia Go (Xperia Advance) is a stylish and at the same time extra durable. It has a 3.5” Reality Display powered by Mobile BRAVIA ENGINE, a 5 Mega Pixel fast capture camera that takes over a second to capture photos from sleep mode, a scratch resistant mineral glass display with wet finger tracking. Xperia Go has a 1Ghz dual core processor that will give the user a fast performance. Sad to say it will be retailed running on Gingerbread (Android 2.3) but it’s upgradable to Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0). It will be also available into several colors Black, White and Yellow.

Xperia™ Acro S

Xperia Acro S is a water resistant and stylish smart phone, you can also share everything in razor sharp HD. Xperia Acro S is also a NFC enabled Device that can set and open your applications with a simple touch on you Xperia SmartTags.

Xperia Acro S has a 4.3” 720p HD Reality Display, a 12 Mega Pixel fast capture camera goes from sleep to snap in just over a second with a single key press, it records full 1080p HD in the main camera and 720p HD on its front camera, same as the Xperia Go it also comes with a scratch resistant mineral glass display with wet finger tracking.

Xperia Acro S has a sweet 1.5Ghz dual core processor.

Unlike the Xperia Go, Xperia Acro S will be retailed running Ice Cream Sandwich.
